Reporting a snapshot or an account
Open the snapshot and tap Report under the reactions. To report a person rather than one photo, open Friends, tap the action next to their name and choose Report.
Pick the reason that fits and, if you want, block them in the same step. We look at every report within 24 hours. The person you reported is never told who reported them.
Blocking someone
Blocking is immediate and works in both directions. Neither of you sees the other's snapshots, finds the other in search, or can send the other a friend request, and any friendship between you ends.
Your blocks live under Settings → Blocked accounts, where you can undo any of them.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account. You confirm with your password, and your account, your snapshots and your friendships are removed for good. This cannot be undone.
Signing in
Snapshot does not ask for an email address, so there is no reset link to send. If you have two-factor authentication switched on and have lost your authenticator, use one of the backup codes you were shown when you set it up.
Without your password and without a backup code we cannot recover an account — there is nothing we hold that could prove it is yours.
Snapshots disappearing
That is intended. Every snapshot is removed 48 hours after it was posted, for everyone, and cannot be recovered afterwards.
